Re-Stocking Fee

We take pride in every high quailty product we sell.  We use the highest level of care while packaging your products to ensure a sucessful delivery.

15% Re-Stocking Fee
The re-stocking fee applies to all orders that are returned to us in the same condition in which was sent.  If your order is dememed undeliverable by the shipping company, you will receive a refund minus the re-stocking fee and any additional delivery charges incurred.

If you would like to return any part of your order, please call us at (805) 642-9559.  Please have your order number ready. We do not pay return shipping fees.  You are not required to use the same shipping method in which the original order was shipped.  You will receive a refund minus the re-stocking fee.

Received Damaged Products
If the packaging shows signs of damage or bent corners, please refuse the shippment and have the delivery service return the order to us.  If you refuse a delivery due to damage, please contact us immedately at (805) 642-9559.
